Do no harm! Campaign workers are to get permission to give someone a card, leaflet, sign, etc.
A phone bank will not be used as inexpensive as it is. This approach annoys others; it may also be
dangerous if the receiver races to the telephone and sustains an injury in the effort. Mailers, if used, are
intended to be a courtesy to reach the housebound, elderly person who does not have a computer.
The desire is to abide by the Golden Rule: Do for others what you want them to do for you (Matthew 7.12).

| Signs, posters and other forms of advertisements and announcements are only to be displayed with permission. No signs are to be placed on public property or along roadways. Before displaying any placard, get permission. Please inquire at the city or county office, where the sign is to be placed, to remain within the guidelines of the signage ordinances. Remove all signs promptly after the campaign. |
